What is Interview Scheduler?
Scheduler lets you cut down on the time it takes to schedule meetings. When setting up an interview, candidates can select the time that works best for their schedule and yours, while giving hiring managers and recruiters the opportunity to focus on what matters most, the interview.
Set up an event, choose your available time or let our calendar integration automatically choose times that are available to you. Then send an invitation to a candidate allowing them to select a time. Candidates can schedule their meeting time from their phones or laptops. Many candidates schedule within the first few hours of receiving an invite and the majority within 24 hours. What used to take days now is just a quick click of a button away.
What are Cases?
Cases are a variation of the interview scheduler tool, and allow you to set up multiple calendars through locations and sub-locations. After your locations have been set up, attendees can select a time to meet through the scheduling tool and will be presented with an aggregated view of the location calendar availability.
Cases are particularly useful if you have multiple locations and internal participants looking to schedule time with attendees. Here is an example we’ll use throughout the following Case training guides: You have multiple office locations and multiple internal schedulers. In the following guides, we’ll set up a Case with locations for multiple office buildings with sub-locations for each internal participant. Allowing the availability of each internal participant to be presented to scheduling attendees.
